• To sign up for Online Banking, you'll need:

    1. An active Solestra Corp account (checking, savings, CD, mortgage, loan, credit card or an investment account with our affiliated broker/dealer, Solestra Corp Investment Services* )
    2. Your Solestra Corp debit card number and PIN or your account number
    3. A valid email address

  • To recover your password, go to the Sign In area on https://solestracorp.com/auth/login and click Forgot Password. Provide your username or email address, and a recovery link will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Once you’ve signed in to Online Banking, you can access your account statements by:

    1. Click Statement menu item on the top left of the page
    2. Select the time period for which you want to generate the statement

  • Solestra Corp allows personal checking and savings accounts to be opened online, with a maximum of two applicants per account. Please visit our full list of products available to open online.

  • We may occasionally send messages to you. If you've provided us with a valid email address, you may opt out of receiving marketing messages. If you've set up specific alerts (such as account alerts or Online Statements), we’ll send this information as appropriate.
